Skilled in reporting and database information management, Barbara Arthur supports ACG as a Client Service Coordinator. In this role, Barbara works with new clients to establish custody accounts and asset conversion and assure smooth plan installation. She also works closely with ACG’s investment due diligence team regarding the monitoring and review of plan investment options and coordinates the investment mapping with the plan custodian.  Barb also leads the firm’s client relationship data management effort.

Before joining the ACG team in 2007, Barbara worked as a consultant and reporting specialist with Trigon Administrators. She was responsible for developing reporting processes to accommodate user specifications and assisting in the design and implementation of the automated billing, accounting, commission, and financial systems.
